For April Fools, they should do a micro episode where everyone has 3 lives, but there only 1 hit point. We can call it... Half Life

That “hunt for greens” part, specifically with Tango, feels straight out of a horror story and I live for it.

I thought of a funny idea Un-life where after your first death, you burn in daylight and golems become hostile, but zombies become passive. Second death skeletons become passive, dogs and wolves become hostile, and you can no longer drown , on the final life you become a ghost and have permanent invisibility.

i love everyone's state of mind during this one was just "did you see something move over there?" "yeh" "LETS GO KILL IT" "HECK YAH!"

I actually really liked a mid series murder spree. I think they all needed it on this series. But the yellows being able to kill only greens was out the window 🤣 also Grian helping skizz was very wholesome even if it was mutually beneficial. ❤

I love Grian explaining this episode as "last episode behaviour" because it really just is. People are sky basing, really trying their best for those kills. The rule of yellow can't kill yellow is out the window or well they just call it collateral but its just funny (kinda glad it is) this is an amazing episode

The tango chase was immaculate. It had elements of a manhunt and that's something we don't often see outside of hermitcraft with this crew.
I know Grain is primarily a builder but this series really leaves a little something to desire PVP wise.
I followed the whole thing bud, and I for one definitely wouldn't mind more pvp from you. You did kinda good for somebody that isn't putting many points into PVP/chasing.
This vid highlights your game knowledge quite nicely.

How they unanimously decided to kill Scott is absolutely hilarious

I love how different the builds are here from Hermitcraft, because bases in these seasons will be functional, smaller and a little less pretty because they could be easily destroyed and may only stay for a dozen episodes or so at most, I love it!

Love the series! But I recommend the programmers to wait 1 second before removing the time after death so the death message will show with their before colour so you know they did not cheat

Joel's squeaky laughing at 10:37 is hilarious to me, also there was so much chaos in the episode lmao, was fun to watch!

This entire series is my absolute favorite. Thank you for creating and organizing it! Have you ever considered "franchising" it? There are a lot of other Minecraft BRcliprs in your network that I would love to see in the format... but adding more players in each season doesn't seem workable. So you could have additional seasons in the existing formats with a new group(s) of players.

The fact that this series is ending so quickly is very unfortunate but these videos never cease to entertain, keep up the great work Grian!!

This is strange but I've been binging old mccs and I just miss Pete a lot. Especially the pizza crust duo. I know it's unlikely but another collab between them would make my year. Maybe in the next life series or just a one off video

I know mine is a strange perspective, but this episode has me quite appreciating how far the... game design of the series, for lack of a better concept, has come since it started.
Initially in Limited Life the changed Yellow Life interactions and time gain and loss added to the kill mechanics had struck me as an interesting balance mechanics to ensure no one got too far behind and had to cut their series too far short, but seeing it _actually play out in practice_ this session was just glorious. Kudos.
I don't know if that was you or someone else who came up with that change, Grian, but whoever it was you should give them a pat on the back.

I love this series, and it is definitely the most creative thing done with an SMP in a long time. The next life season should be called Night Life, where everything is always dark, people have tiny bubbles of light around them, more mobs spawn, and light sources are harder to craft, eventually go out after being placed. Potions of nightvision would be the most valuable thing on the entire server, and even when those are used, it’s still very dim.

You should make a sandwich with the bread bridge. What I mean by that is have a wheat farm on the bottom then have some beetroot or carrots or potatoes etc. and have another wheat farm on the top.

I can't help but imagine Doc on this series. Speedrunning to yellow life / red life, so he can troll/kill. Building a flying flooding machine, and drowning the entire server.

It’s cool with yellows being able to attack greens. In a future life series, you should add that if a yellow kills a yellow by accident then the killer loses an hour as a punishment. And the one who died by accident gains a half half. That makes for more precise kills, and the opportunity for other yellows to gain time another way. And likewise for red to yellow.

Why am I expecting this video to be completely unhinged. Like I’m just expecting Grian to go Berserker.

I think you should explore the idea of getting netherite potentially as you contemplated earlier in the series. Especially now since there’s a potential of a warden being released 😅🤣

Perhaps you should make it so that - if most players are green, three people are immediately chosen as boogeymen, if most are yellow, then two people are chosen. And lastly, if most are red, only one is chosen!

I love how this series is much less competitive and more casual because lives are more expendable.

In the next life series, I think it would be a good idea to incorporate the achievements/advancements in some way or another so doing some of the more difficult ones could give you you portion of a life and doing enough of them you could get another life. Also a punishment for dying could be something like randomly getting 1-3 hearts taken away from you health bar.

Impulse, Tango, Etho seems like the kind of team that has more secrets than the entire server combined and I am here for it

Everyone agreeing to protect Skizz feels like all of Helen of Troy's suitors swearing to defend her chosen husband, resulting in the Trojan war. Somehow I feel like this is going to end just as badly.

This whole series feels kinda like a fever dream

Convince a bunch of people to make enderporters in a "secluded underground escape space" so that you have one for everyone stored in that space eventually, so at some point you just use redstone to trigger them all in sync, then blow them up, or lava them or something, probably giving a bit of time for confusion to set in

I think there needs to be some kind of penalization for when a player kills a player of their same colour, something like 10 minutes, this way the player would care more of avoiding collateral damage or accidental kills

concept for a series like this - Secret Life:
- everyone is given a random amount of lives at the start like in last life, however, only you can see how many lives you have
- during the day, no one can attack each other (except the boogeyman)
- reds are allowed to set traps, but not attack anyone directly.
- however, at night, proximity chat is turned off and everyone loses their names and skins, turning into a block coloured skin that is either red, yellow, light green or dark green, depending on the amount of lives they have (red is 3 or less, yellow is 6 or less, and green is more than 6 (max 9)
- reds can attack anyone at night, yellows can attack greens at night, and greens cannot attack anyone unless in self defence at night. if a player is killed during the night, the killer gains a life and the deceased loses two. Deaths are not shown in chat in the night.
- if a player can figure out who killed them during the night, they are allowed to kill them during the day (regardless of how many lives they are on). if they kill the right person, they regain a life. if they kill an innocent person, they lose another life.
- also maybe increase the duration of the night for five minutes or so to allow time for things to happen.
